Not much on Posterous, really...

because I can post directly to Wordpress, or YouTube, or TweetPhoto.com, all of which post directly to Twitter for me as well.

So... Posterous is just eh for me.

Other people love it, and use it to post to Wordpress/YouTube/Twitter/Etc, but for me, I try to limit the number of active places I have content, and having content automatically duplicated out just distributes and stores the same content multiple places. The IT administrator in me hates the wasted disk space, I guess. ;-)
